Cecelia (“Ceil”) is the Office Manager at Stief & Castro. She joined Stief & Castro with over 26 years extensive managerial, administrative and accounting experience. Ceil’s extensive and dynamic background includes experience in the fields of property management, insurance, real estate development and the agricultural Industry.

Prior to joining Stief & Castro, Ceil spent 24 years as the Office Manager/Full Charge Bookkeeper for a large vegetable farming operation with over 300 employees, where she was responsible for the day to day operations of the business office including supervision of staff, organization, implementation of procedures and administrative activities including all facets of accounting.

In addition, Ceil was also responsible for the accounting for multiple business entities and real estate investment properties which included all rent collections and lease monitoring and performance.

She is a seasoned professional whose financial knowledge, extraordinary organizational skills and tireless work ethic ensure the smooth running of daily operations. Ceil is a tremendous asset not only to Stief & Castro, but also the clients we service.

Originally from Yonkers, New York, Ceil has spent most of her life in South Florida and when she is not glued to her desk, Ceil enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, reading, traveling and a love of art.
