Lori joins our staff as a Consultant. Lori began her career as an Auditor for Peat Marwick and Mitchell in New York City. She then became an Assistant Vice President at Republic National Bank in New York, hired to establish improved reporting and reconciliation procedures for over thirty branches. After relocating to Florida, Lori continued as a Consultant for RNB until the project was completed. She then turned her attention to teaching both undergraduate and graduate level financial accounting topics at Florida Atlantic University. As her children reached College age, Lori re-entered the field of Public Accounting joining London Witte as a member of their Litigation Support Department, gaining valuable and extensive experience in Family Law cases. When London Witte merged with Kaufman, Rossin & Co, Lori became one of two Forensic and Litigation Support Managers in their Fort Lauderdale office along with Joseph Castro.

In 2012 Lori accepted a Controllership position for a Fort Lauderdale based Company in the Marine and Fuel Filtration Industry, in need of improved infrastructure and financial management. Lori continues in that position on a part time basis and devotes the remainder of her time to assisting Jonathan Stief and Joseph Castro with Family Law cases requiring both small business insight and experience with the financial issues associated with marital dissolution.

Lori is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida, is Certified in Financial Forensics by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants of which she is also a member. Lori also has a Masters Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting and Tax from St. John’s University in New York.
