This does not mean that the results of our analysis can strategically change. It means that based upon our analysis we can assist our client and his/her attorney in determining how to strategically achieve a positive result for a client. For example, we can help attorneys and clients determine how to globally assess support, equitable distribution and fees. We often assist attorneys in determining what discovery is missing, its importance, and how to obtain it. When we cannot assist a client in settling his/her matter, we work with the client’s attorney to determine how to strategically present the case to the Court.

Our integrity is very important to us and we are not willing to sacrifice our integrity for a client or case. Skilled in or habitually using analysis (analysis is defined as an investigation based on the properties of numbers). We analyze everything relevant to your matter. This includes, but is not limited to, personal and business financial records, personal and corporate tax returns, all discovery, and necessary pleadings. We cross-reference and confirm all numbers.  We use our diverse legal and accounting backgrounds to analyze information from both points of view. Our work-product is then summarized and provided in an easy-to-understand manner that has proven successful in both settling cases and in trial.

Time may be dictated by rules or statute. We also know that our clients are often experiencing a very stressful time in their lives and the litigation process itselfcan be excruciating and expensive as time goes by.  So, we do everything we can to complete our analysis and assist our team with timely production and conclusions.
